MarketAxess stockholders approved the merger agreement with Intercontinental Exchange at an Oct. 29, 2026 special meeting, with 28,241,324 votes for, 34,133 against and 38,825 abstentions. The deal still needs other regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.

Cullen/Frost Bankers said it will voluntarily transfer the primary listings of its common stock and Series B preferred depositary shares from the NYSE to the Texas Stock Exchange. NYSE trading is expected to end at the Nov. 11, 2026 close, with TXSE trading starting Nov. 12 under the same CFR and CFR.PrB symbols.
Silgan Holdings said third-quarter net sales rose 2% to $2.04 billion and adjusted EPS hit a third-quarter record of $1.31, up 7%. It raised the low end of its 2026 adjusted EPS range to $3.83 to $3.93 and confirmed free cash flow of about $450 million.
Aptar said third-quarter sales rose 6% to $1.02 billion and adjusted EPS was $1.52, while reported EPS fell to $0.51 from $1.92 after a $58 million loss on deconsolidating its Russian subsidiary. It guided fourth-quarter adjusted EPS to $1.39 to $1.47 and raised its quarterly dividend to $0.50 from $0.48.
Mohawk Industries said third-quarter net sales rose about 1% to $2.8 billion and adjusted EPS rose about 2% to $2.72. It completed its prior $500 million buyback, authorized a new $500 million program, set a capital allocation framework and guided fourth-quarter adjusted EPS to $1.35 to $1.45.
Veralto said third-quarter sales rose 7.5% to $1.51 billion with 5.1% core growth and adjusted EPS rose 19.2% to $1.18. It raised 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $4.49 to $4.52 from $4.35 to $4.43.
MasTec said third-quarter revenue rose 30% to a record $5.15 billion and adjusted EPS rose 19.3% to $2.96, while 18-month backlog grew 46% to $24.5 billion. It updated 2026 guidance to revenue of about $18.3 billion and adjusted EPS of $8.92 to $9.30.
Floor & Decor said third-quarter net sales rose 3.0% to $1.21 billion and diluted EPS rose 15.1% to $0.61 even as comparable store sales fell 1.4%. It updated its 2026 outlook and said Thomas Taylor will become non-executive chair on Jan. 1, 2027, with Lauren Taylor Wolfe joining the board and Norman Axelrod retiring.
FMC said third-quarter revenue fell to $106 million from $542 million, including a $639 million hit from pricing and rebate actions, and it posted a $2.07 billion net loss. It lowered fourth-quarter guidance to adjusted EBITDA of $210 million to $230 million and adjusted EPS of $0.56 to $0.70.
Erie Indemnity said third-quarter net income was $182.0 million, or $3.48 a share, versus $182.9 million, or $3.50, a year earlier. Policy issuance and renewal fee revenue rose 2.6% to $847.0 million while commissions rose $24.0 million.
Eastman Chemical said third-quarter sales rose 8% to $2.39 billion on 7% higher prices and adjusted EPS rose to $1.84 from $1.14. It expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $6.00 to $6.20 and operating cash flow of about $850 million, with softer fourth-quarter demand.
Cavco said fiscal second-quarter 2027 net revenue rose 17.9% to $656.4 million on a 15.3% rise in homes sold, and diluted EPS rose to $7.17 from $6.55, including a one-time $0.70 insurance benefit. Backlog grew to $348 million and it repurchased about $30 million of stock.
Healthcare Realty said third-quarter normalized FFO was $0.42 per share versus $0.41 and same-store cash NOI grew 5.1%. It raised 2026 normalized FFO guidance to $1.65 to $1.67 per share, renewed a $500 million buyback and declared a $0.24 dividend.
Sandisk said fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue rose 23% sequentially to $11.0 billion, with GAAP EPS of $52.60 and non-GAAP EPS of $49.51, and announced an eight-for-one stock split with split-adjusted trading expected Nov. 20. It guided fiscal second-quarter revenue to $12.2 billion to $12.6 billion.
Cousins Properties said third-quarter FFO rose to $0.75 per share from $0.69 and same-property cash NOI rose 7.4%. It raised 2026 FFO guidance to $2.95 to $2.99 per share from $2.92 to $2.98.
Digital Realty said third-quarter Core FFO per share rose to $2.10 from $1.89 on revenue of $1.9 billion, up 21%, and record bookings of $855 million at 100% share. It raised 2026 Core FFO per share guidance to $8.30 to $8.35.
Monolithic Power Systems said third-quarter revenue rose 63.1% to a record $1.20 billion, led by a 164.6% jump in Enterprise Data sales, with GAAP EPS of $5.51 and non-GAAP EPS of $8.19. It forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $1.315 billion to $1.385 billion, added $500 million to its buyback and named Tony Balow CFO.
Arthur J. Gallagher said third-quarter revenue rose 18% to $3.93 billion with 5% organic growth, net earnings rose to $406 million and adjusted EPS climbed to $3.00 from $2.31. Brokerage adjusted EBITDAC margin widened to 35.3%.
SPS Commerce said third-quarter revenue rose 4% to $197.6 million and adjusted EBITDA rose 17% to $70.9 million, with diluted EPS of $0.85 versus $0.67. It guided 2026 revenue to $786.9 million to $788.9 million and adjusted EBITDA to $267.4 million to $269.4 million.
GoDaddy said third-quarter revenue rose 6% to $1.34 billion and net income rose 24% to $261.8 million, or $2.08 a diluted share, as its Airo product passed a $100 million annualized bookings run rate. It expects 2026 revenue toward the high end of $5.215 billion to $5.255 billion.
Ingersoll Rand said third-quarter orders rose 21% to $2.35 billion and revenue grew 6% to $2.07 billion, with adjusted EPS up 24% to $1.07. Its board added $2 billion to the buyback, and it updated 2026 guidance to adjusted EPS of $3.58 to $3.70 excluding tariff refunds.
Bright Horizons said third-quarter revenue rose 5% to $841.5 million but it posted a net loss of $230.7 million, or $4.76 a share, after $294.0 million of impairment losses in international full-service operations. Adjusted EPS rose 15% to $1.80, and it expects 2026 revenue of about $3.07 billion.
SkyWest said third-quarter net income was $120 million, or $3.08 per diluted share, up from $2.81, on revenue of $1.12 billion, up 6%. It took delivery of four new E175 aircraft and repurchased about $75 million of stock.
Weyerhaeuser said third-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose 14% to $248 million on sales of $1.86 billion, with net earnings of $61 million, or $0.08 per share. It agreed to sell about 81,000 acres of Arkansas timberlands for $146 million.
Twilio said third-quarter revenue rose 20% to $1.56 billion (16% organic) and non-GAAP EPS rose to $1.65 from $1.25. It raised 2026 reported revenue growth guidance to 20% and non-GAAP operating income and free cash flow ranges to $1.19 billion to $1.20 billion.
Republic Services said third-quarter revenue rose 8.2% to $4.56 billion and EPS was $1.93, or $1.94 adjusted. It raised 2026 revenue guidance to $17.425 billion to $17.475 billion and authorized a $5 billion buyback for 2027 through 2029.
Edison International said third-quarter core EPS was $1.92 versus $2.34 a year earlier and GAAP EPS was $1.88 versus $2.16. It reaffirmed 2026 core EPS guidance of $5.90 to $6.20.
First Solar said third-quarter net sales fell 23% to $1.23 billion while EPS rose 25% to $5.30. It cut its 2026 net sales guidance to $4.6 billion to $4.9 billion and authorized a $500 million share repurchase program.
SPX Technologies said third-quarter revenue rose 20.5% to $714.5 million and adjusted EPS rose 20.1% to $2.21. It raised 2026 revenue guidance to $2.745 billion to $2.805 billion but lowered its adjusted EBITDA range to $625 million to $645 million.
Rivian said third-quarter revenue rose 38% to $2.155 billion as deliveries climbed 46% to 19,248, and it raised 2026 delivery guidance to 67,000 to 70,000 vehicles. It also named Derek Mulvey interim CFO effective Oct. 30.
Mondelez said third-quarter revenue rose 2.3% to $9.97 billion with organic growth of 2.1%, and adjusted EPS was $0.78, up 5.5% on a constant-currency basis. It reaffirmed its 2026 outlook, including free cash flow of about $3 billion.
DaVita said third-quarter diluted EPS rose to $3.40 from $2.04, or $3.82 adjusted, on revenue of $3.578 billion. It raised the low end of its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $14.30, for a range of $14.30 to $15.20.
Starbucks said fiscal fourth-quarter global comparable store sales rose 7.2% while revenue fell 4% to $9.1 billion, and non-GAAP EPS rose 54% to $0.80. It guided fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS of $3.15 to $3.25.
Illumina reported third-quarter 2026 revenue up 4.2% to $1.13 billion and GAAP EPS of $1.43, and raised full-year revenue guidance to $4.64 billion to $4.66 billion and non-GAAP EPS guidance to $5.40 to $5.45.
Ryan Specialty reported third-quarter 2026 revenue up 4.7% to $790.0 million with organic growth of 4.0%, net income up 40.6% to $88.0 million and adjusted diluted EPS of $0.51, and declared a $0.13 quarterly dividend.
Merit Medical reported third-quarter 2026 revenue up 8.4% to $416.2 million and non-GAAP EPS up 22% to $1.12, raised full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to $4.33 to $4.37 and disclosed its roughly $45 million acquisition of Solo Pace.
Stryker reported third-quarter 2026 sales of $6.52 billion with 7.7% organic growth and adjusted EPS of $3.52, and set full-year organic growth guidance of 6.5% to 7.0% with adjusted EPS of $14.80 to $14.90.
Exelixis reported third-quarter 2026 total revenue of $658.7 million and GAAP EPS of $0.85, kept its 2026 revenue guidance of $2.500 billion to $2.550 billion and lowered its expected effective tax rate to 16% to 18%.
BridgeBio reported third-quarter 2026 total revenue of $353.2 million, including $253.2 million of U.S. Attruby net product revenue and a $75.0 million Bayer milestone, narrowing its operating loss to $11.6 million.
Penumbra reported third-quarter 2026 revenue up 15.6% to $410.1 million, with thrombectomy revenue up 18.1%, and net income of $42.3 million, and said it will not give guidance because of its pending acquisition by Boston Scientific.
DexCom reported third-quarter 2026 revenue up 11% to $1.344 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $0.73, set full-year revenue guidance of $5.20 billion to $5.25 billion and authorized a new $1.0 billion share repurchase program.
ResMed reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue up 6% to $1.415 billion and non-GAAP EPS up 14% to $2.91, kept its fiscal 2027 guidance unchanged and declared a $0.66 quarterly dividend.
Strategy reported third-quarter net income of $19.53 billion, or $44.75 a diluted share, driven by a $20.91 billion digital-asset gain, and held 848,517 bitcoin. CFO Andrew Kang will step down Nov. 5, with Reza Virasteh becoming CFO Jan. 1, 2027, and shareholders approved daily preferred dividends.
Roblox said third-quarter bookings fell 12% to $1.7 billion, above the high end of its guidance, while revenue rose 16% to $1.57 billion and daily active users were 138 million, down 9% from a year earlier. It expects fourth-quarter bookings to decline 10% to 15%.
Amazon said third-quarter net sales rose 12% to $201.9 billion and operating income climbed to $28.1 billion from $17.4 billion, a record 13.9% operating margin, as AWS sales grew 39.3% to $46.0 billion. It guided fourth-quarter sales to $240.0 billion to $247.0 billion.
Reddit said third-quarter revenue rose 53% to $895 million and net income climbed 74% to $283 million, or $1.40 a diluted share, while U.S. daily active uniques fell 2% to 50.7 million. It forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $1,000 million to $1,030 million.
