Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IDD, operated by Arlington Innovations, LLC (“IDD,” “we,” “us”), at investordatadigest.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is informational and educational only. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security — see our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

The Service is offered to, and intended for use by, residents of the United States only. By creating an account or subscribing, you represent that you reside in the United States. We make no representation that the Service or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; you are responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for activity under your IDD account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One account per person.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

IDD Pro catalog pricing for new subscriptions is $20 per month or $200 per year. Existing subscribers continue at the rate they signed up for until they cancel. You select your billing period before checkout. Access requires an active subscription. Billed in advance via Stripe.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or every 12 months for annual) at the rate associated with your subscription, until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. By selecting a plan and subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges. We will provide notices of renewal or price changes where required by applicable law.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal (linked from your account) or by contacting investordatadigest@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download data or content except via features we expressly provide; (b) resell, redistribute, or republish the Service’s data or content; (c) share, resell, or provide access to your account; (d) reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (e) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Data accuracy & “as is”

Data is sourced from SEC EDGAR and a third-party market-data provider and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The Service and all data and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDD and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (the state in which Arlington Innovations, LLC is organized), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
