Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IDD, operated by Arlington Innovations, LLC (“IDD,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use investordatadigest.com (the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address, provided at checkout or when you request a sign-in link, used for account access (including one-time sign-in links) and service emails. We do not use passwords.
Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, and similar analytics events, plus standard technical data (IP address, browser/device, referring URL).
Marketing attribution. When you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store campaign parameters (e.g., UTM tags and ad-click identifiers such as gclid) in a first-party cookie so we can measure which campaigns lead to signups.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment data directly. We retain billing status (plan, active/canceled) and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
Watchlists & preferences. Tickers and lists you save, to power your dashboard.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Service is not directed to children.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in and a first-party cookie for marketing attribution (above). We also use third-party tools that set cookies or similar technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 — usage measurement.
- Google Ads — measuring ad conversions and retargeting.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — measuring ad conversions and retargeting.
These providers may process data as described in their own privacy policies. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept in our consent banner; until then, only the first-party sign-in cookie is set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser and opt out via the providers’ tools.
How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, deliver the daily brief and emails you’ve opted into, process and manage subscriptions, measure and improve marketing, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate the Service on our behalf — Stripe (billing), our email provider (transactional and, if you opt in, marketing email), hosting/infrastructure, and the analytics/advertising providers listed above — and when required by law or to protect our rights. Public, non-personal market and filing data shown in the product comes from SEC EDGAR and our market-data provider.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, and other states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any right — including deleting your account and associated personal data — email investordatadigest@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
Data retention & security
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and delete or anonymize it on a valid deletion request. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions or requests: investordatadigest@gmail.com.
