What is Investor Data Digest? Investor Data Digest (IDD) is a financial intelligence platform providing market news, data analytics, and research tools for individual investors by synthesizing market indicators, corporate news, and official regulatory filings.

Does IDD provide financial advice? No. IDD provides information for educational and research purposes only and is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Data and Sources

Where does IDD get its data? Regulatory filings and company fundamentals come from SEC EDGAR, stock prices and dividends from Marketstack, and the Bitcoin price from Coinbase.

How often is the data updated? Stock prices reflect end-of-day pricing, filings and fundamentals are added as they are processed from SEC EDGAR, and the Bitcoin price is refreshed periodically throughout the day.

Features and Navigation

What is the Market Monitor? An interactive news dashboard you can filter by sector, with tabs for All News, your Watchlist, Insiders, and Earnings.

Accounts, Pricing, and Subscriptions

What are the subscription plans? IDD Pro is available under two flexible billing options: a monthly plan at $10/month, or a discounted annual plan at $100/year. Both plans unlock advanced tools like the Stock Screener, Insider Activity tracking, and Institutional Ownership dashboards.

Are there long-term commitments? No. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be stopped at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront once per year to lock in the discounted rate.

How do I sign up for the newsletter? Enter your email address on the homepage for the free daily briefing, then click the link in the confirmation email. Signed-in members can turn it on or off from their Account page.

Cancellation Policy & Procedure

What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your IDD Pro features will remain completely active until the end of your current paid billing period (the end of your monthly cycle or your annual term). Please note that all subscription payments are final except where required by law; we do not offer a money-back guarantee or prorated refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual term.

How do I cancel my subscription? Sign in, click your initials in the top menu, and choose Manage subscription. That opens our secure Stripe billing page, where you can cancel.

Privacy and Profile Settings

How do I manage my account or privacy? Sign in with the one-time link we email you, then open Account from the menu under your initials to manage your subscription and newsletter settings. You can review how we handle your data in the Privacy Policy, linked in the website footer.
