Wintrust Financial kept its streak alive. The Rosemont, Illinois-based bank said Monday it earned a record $239.1 million, or $3.37 a diluted share, in the third quarter, its seventh consecutive quarter of record net income.
That compares with $233.7 million, or $3.30 a share, in the second quarter and $216.3 million, or $2.78 a share, a year earlier, according to its earnings release filed with an 8-K. Through nine months, net income rose 17% to $700.1 million, or $9.89 a share.

Total loans grew $1.1 billion and deposits $1.3 billion, each about 8% annualized. "The third quarter of 2026 produced the seventh consecutive quarter of record net income for the Company," President and CEO Timothy Crane said.
Pre-tax, pre-provision income, a non-GAAP measure, rose to $352.2 million from $341.1 million.
