Super Micro Computer names former Western Digital CFO Mark Long as finance chief, replacing David Weigand

Long's offer letter sets an annual base salary of $725,000 and a $500,000 sign-on bonus, a prorated portion of which he must repay if he leaves within two years. He will also get a guaranteed $500,000 annual cash bonus and be eligible for a performance bonus of $225,000 to $725,000.
