Gen Digital Raises Fiscal 2027 Outlook Again as Q2 Revenue Grows 12%
Gen Digital raised its fiscal 2027 outlook for the second time on Wednesday after its fiscal second-quarter revenue grew 12% and GAAP earnings per share more than doubled, as its identity and financial wellness business continued to expand.
The Norton and LifeLock parent now expects full-year non-GAAP revenue of $5.465 billion to $5.515 billion, up from prior guidance of $5.375 billion to $5.475 billion, according to the earnings release it filed with an 8-K on Wednesday. It lifted its non-GAAP EPS forecast to $2.93 to $2.98 from $2.87 to $2.97.

"We delivered our sixth consecutive quarter of double-digit bookings growth," CEO Vincent Pilette said in the release. "We reached a record high customer count, alongside strong product engagement and retention."
